As a 63-year-old Black man, I have been involved in well over 50 car and truck purchases. I have never dealt with a more corrupt, racist, and lacking-compassion situation than what I have dealt with at Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC Kennesaw. I am not alone. What I have experienced is not an isolated incident. It is a pattern — a documented, verifiable, and devastating pattern of deception, exploitation, and abuse that this dealership has inflicted on customer after customer, year after year. What Happened to Me
I Feel Evidence Proves Is: First-Degree Forgery, Identity Theft, Wire And Bank Fraud, and now Conspiracy. I walked into Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC Kennesaw and made a $1,000 down payment on a vehicle at 4:56 PM. I left the property at 5:00 PM. This timeline is undisputed and corroborated by a 17-hour continuous audio recording. At 5:33 PM — around 33 minutes after I had already left the building — someone at this dealership digitally executed a $34,856 Retail Installment Sale Contract using an unauthorized electronic signature. My name was forged on a contract I never signed. I was not even on the property. This is not an allegation. This is digital forensics. Server metadata confirms the exact times. The physical paper receipt for my down payment is stamped 4:56 PM. The contract was electronically signed at around 5:33 PM. I was already gone.
Race-Based Cover-Up
I filed a report with the Cobb County Sheriff's Office (Case #26-01870). Investigator Smith formally documented: "I did not receive any documentation with a digital signature." The case was abruptly closed on the claim that the digital evidence was "already gone." But it was not gone. On May 29, 2026, a formal Open Records request to the Cobb County Records Department revealed that the digital signatures they claimed did not exist were embedded directly inside the police department's own official file. They had the forgery evidence the entire time.

GM Financial, the corporate lender, was formally notified. Despite the mathematically impossible timeline and undeniably false digital metadata, they refused to audit the dealership's server logs and instead enforced the voided contract to ruin my credit.
